Statement: These forums are for those that want a place to meet and have a nice time. If you couldn't say or type it to your grandmother, don't type or say it here.

1.) No Flaming: By definition, flaming is "To insult or criticize provokingly; to intend to incite anger." All members caught flaming will be penalized, regardless of the source of the argument. It's okay to disagree with people, but do so politely. Don't resort to petty name calling or personal insults.

2.) No Adult Content: Adult content consists of images, media, or text containing pornography, nudity, or any other explicit material deemed inappropriate. Anyone posting or linking clearly adult material will be banned immediately,

3.) Keep Images and Posts Clean: Suggestive Avatars/Slogans/Signatures will be removed. Nothing excessively suggestive, violent, bloody, gross, drug related, gang related, etc. should be posted.

4.) No Spamming: (SPAM) will not be tolerated on the forums. This includes flooding and posts that have little or no relevance to the subject at hand.

5.) Absolutely No Profanity: Most swears and vulgar words are filtered. Bypassing these filters is prohibited. Such attempts will result in warning/removal of member. This is a family/friend atmosphere.

6.) No Illegal Material: Illegal material includes, illegal software (warez), cracks, hacks. Discussion of how to obtain illegal material or work around trial limitations or copyrights is also not allowed. No post regarding illegal activity of any type allowed. You and you alone are responsible for determining if anything you post here is copyrighted.

7.) Use Common Sense: Post in the appropriate forums.And when in Hunts NO CHEATS and respect other Hunters.

8.) Use proper English when communicating please: We want to attract educated fun loving people to a safe environment. Mistakes in spelling and Grammar are fine, we’re all human. However, Posts in the shout box containing excessive Chat Slang abbreviations will be removed without notice. Simple ones once in awhile such as BRB, lol, rofl, are fine. The roflmao is not as it hides the meaning of a curse word. Excessive street slang is not allowed.

9) Contact information: You agree to provide a valid e-mail address in your CBO registration. This information will not be revealed to other users. The OUTLAW staff must be able to contact you by e-mail if necessary to discuss your account. If the e-mail address in your profile is not valid, your posting privileges may be suspended; should this happen to you, please contact cboutlaws@gmail.com for assistance.

10.) Multiple Registration/Nicnames: Are not allowed. Attempting to register under a different name to circumvent suspension/ban/restriction will be grounds for removal/banning of all accounts of the original account holder. You may have your Nickname changed by Admin upon approval of Admin. You are responsible for actions done under your account.

10a.) Use of a proxie is not allowed on this board. This is for security reasons and to prevent spammers from accessing the board.

11) Final Authority: The Moderating Team reserves the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. is up to the Moderating Team.
11a) Members contesting decisions by Staff in open forum will be suspended immediately. Discussion of action taken may be done with the staff member by PM only.


12.) Signatures: The area below your post is your signature area (if you wish to use it). Graphics in the signature areas may not be more than 150H X 300W. This is to help those on dialup. Signatures larger than the allowed size will be removed.
